Clause 1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member" or "You") and 356cuci, an online betting platform operating under international licensing ("356cuci", "We" or "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided on the 356cuci website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the provisions contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy published separately.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to stop using the 356cuci platform immediately.

Clause 2 User Eligibility

To register and use 356cuci services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list issued by any relevant authority.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as a proxy or representative for any third party.
• Be using legitimate personal funds and not funds obtained from illegal activities.

356cuci reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Users who fail to provide the required documents may have their accounts temporarily restricted until the verification process is complete.

Clause 3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 356cuci platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, identification card numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions.

All information submitted during registration, including full name, identification card number (MyKad), mobile number, and email address, must be truthful, accurate, and current. Users are responsible for updating their personal information should any changes occur.

Account passwords are the personal responsibility of the account holder. 356cuci will not be liable for any loss arising from security weaknesses caused by the user, including sharing passwords with others.

Clause 4 Deposits and Payment Methods

356cuci accepts deposits through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit is RM10 for each method.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies will be converted at the current exchange rate set by the platform at the time of the transaction.

356cuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges that are beyond our control. Users are advised to review the terms of their respective providers.

• All deposits are subject to automatic and manual security checks.
• 356cuci reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity.
• Funds deposited into a 356cuci account do not earn interest.

Clause 5 Withdrawals

Users may submit a withdrawal request once all applicable wagering requirements have been met. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, and processing time is typically between 10 and 45 minutes once the request has been approved.

Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the 356cuci support team. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.

Before processing a first-time withdrawal, or when cumulative withdrawal amounts reach a certain limit, 356cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC), including a copy of the MyKad and proof of payment method. Delays in submitting documents will slow down the processing of withdrawals.

Clause 6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 356cuci are subject to specific terms set for each offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the conditions of each bonus before accepting it.

356cuci Welcome Bonus: A 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220 — with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 25 = RM3,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For deposits of RM600 and above, the maximum bonus is RM300, your balance becomes RM900, and the wagering requirement is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been met may be withdrawn.
• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• 356cuci reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of misuse or manipulation.
• Other promotional offers (cashback, VIP programme) have separate terms that will be stated when offered.

Clause 7 Game Rules

All games available on the 356cuci platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, sic bo, blackjack, sports betting, esports, and other games — are operated according to the specific rules set by their respective game providers.

Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or, for live games, by real dealers in a regulated studio environment. 356cuci does not manipulate the outcome of any game.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 356cuci will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. In situations where game data cannot be fully recovered, the decision made by 356cuci is final.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary according to game type and table.
• Winnings that are proven to have occurred as a result of a technical error or software fault may be voided by 356cuci.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during game sessions.

Clause 8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 356cuci platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to automate any aspect of gameplay or transactions.
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously or consecutively.
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds obtained from illegal activities to make deposits ("money laundering").
• Coordinating bets with other users to manipulate game outcomes or meet bonus wagering requirements unfairly.
• Submitting false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or inappropriate conduct towards 356cuci staff.

Clause 9 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the 356cuci support team. Before closure, all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

356cuci reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• A request from law enforcement authorities.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• The user has registered under a self-exclusion programme.
• The account has been inactive beyond the specified period with no activity.

Any valid account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, provided there is no breach of terms involving a freeze of funds.

Clause 10 Limitation of Liability

356cuci's services are provided "as is" without any implied warranties. Our platform strives to ensure continuous service availability, however technical disruptions, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may occur from time to time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 356cuci is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. Gambling involves financial risk, and 356cuci does not guarantee any winning outcome.

Clause 11 Responsible Gambling

356cuci is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of self-control tools to help users manage their gambling habits in a healthy way.

• Deposit Limits: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply to block access to their account for a set period.
• Temporary Break: The "take a break" function allows users to pause gambling activity temporarily.
• Professional Support: Users experiencing problems with their gambling habits are encouraged to seek help from accredited support organisations.

Clause 12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Continued use of the 356cuci platform after the effective date of any amendment will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms. If a user disagrees with the amendments, they have the right to close their account before the effective date.

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on the 356cuci website and can be accessed at any time. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the version currently in effect.

In the event of any discrepancy or confusion regarding terms displayed on the platform, the Malay language version published on the official 356cuci website shall be final and binding.
